- Understand and develop the Institutional Educational Project in the subject(s) under your responsibility.
- Participate in the design, preparation, and development of the area plan, curriculum plan, and other activities and projects related to your area.
- Effectively prepare and carry out lesson plans, learning experiences, or school events, in alignment with the curricular guidelines established by the Ministry of - National Education as well as the international curricula implemented in each school.
- Implement lesson plans and related activities in a way that achieves the key developmental indicators or objectives of holistic education (cognitive, socio-emotional, socio-cultural, aesthetic, communicative, transcendental, and physical) as proposed.
- Develop processes for monitoring, tracking, and recording the indicators under your responsibility. Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude (showing enthusiasm and passion for teaching) to foster and improve pedagogical, administrative, and community practices.
- Contribute to a positive organizational climate by displaying receptive, respectful, collaborative, analytical, reflective, and critical attitudes that foster community growth, teamwork, and a strong sense of belonging to the institution.
- Actively participate with empathy and commitment in committees, celebrations, training sessions, and/or meetings required by the institution (area meetings, parent meetings, formative follow-ups, coexistence and workplace well-being committees, family day celebrations, etc.).

• · Minimum of one year of work experience in similar positions
• · Minimum English level: B2
